看大家都在发对比图，我也来凑热闹，10个星期的变化那么多真的很满意了，衣服从2XL变成买M size ，产品真的会说话，每天坚持吃艾多美的代餐，凤梨酵素，普洱茶，苹果多酚，诺尼果汁，还有配合每天运动，体重管理其实一点都不幸苦。

虽然没有进入5强，因为5强的参赛者都太厉害了，他们真的瘦了很多很明显，很多我的朋友看到5强参赛者的瘦身效果那么大，都跟我说他们想马上购买公司的瘦身产品，真的要跟他们学习和看齐。
很欣慰我自己也在挑战的最后一天，达到自己当初参加挑战时为自己设立的目标体重：减了-25 KG。💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

感恩公司举办这一场 #Grandshakechallege2024 挑战 , 很荣幸参与其中，在这场活动虽然我和我先生都不能进入top 50 但因为参与其中，让我和伙伴们都有共识，明白如何选择食物，如何利用公司产品和加上运动轻松瘦下😘，伙伴也一起瘦下8%💪💪💪。

Atomy Grand Shake Challenge 2024经过10个星期的挑战瘦了5.35kg✌️。也达到了我个人目标和10％, 在短短的70天内要达标其实真的不容易,靠的是我们的意志力, 坚持还有配搭上公司的产品。减肥不只是为了瘦,而是为了有更健康的生活。感谢自己的毅力和坚持, 终于达成了目标！ 很多人说的:如果连自己的身材都不能管理好，那我们怎样管理我们的人生呢？
其实我身旁总有难听的声音，但我个人觉得：减肥並不代表生活没有意义,美食我爱, 健康的身体我更爱💜
感谢艾多美举办这次的话动, 我会继续努力, 接下来我要的是增肌和马甲线💪😎

I was lucky to have the opportunity to participate in this program.
Although I didn’t achieve my target, I managed to drop 6 kg (11%) in 10 weeks, which I didn’t expect to happen.
I had been trying to lose weight for 2 years with various methods and products but failed to drop even 2-3 kg.
Joining the Grand Shake Challenge and losing 6 kg in 10 weeks was not easy.
The products are awesome and have made me healthy and fit.
I will continue until I achieve my target of 20%.
Once again, Thanks to Atomy Malaysia for helping participants like me succeed in losing a few Kg
Thank you Atomy Malaysia for conducting this Grand Shake Challenge 2024.
With all the support, nutritionist teaching us what and how to eat. Workout video for us to do it at home. Most importantly the products like the Easy-Enjoy formula dietary replacement meal can have it anywhere and anytime. Power Vita energy drink before or during workout. Triple-up protein to build our muscles.
Makes food lover like me loose weight so easy. In just 2months I manage to drop 16kg, from 103.5kg to 87.5kg.
Will still continue and try my best to lose more weight in the near future. Looking forward for more smaller & healthy me.

结束了十个星期的挑战，我成功减了超过15％，减了9.55kg，真的非常感谢自己的蜕变和感谢艾多美举办这次的活动。
减肥真的不简单，我也不敢相信自己能每天坚持的运动。坚持锻炼真的让人特别的有精力，感谢自己的努力，也感谢大家的支持。
坚持下去世界就会更美好，明天也会更好。

2024年的Atomy Shake挑战中，我经历了十个星期的坚持与努力，最终成功减掉了5.94公斤，达到了体重的-10%！这段旅程不仅让我找回了健康，每一天的坚持与努力都让我感受到身体的变化 .
在这十周里，我不仅仅是改变了饮食习惯，还重新审视了自己的生活方式。运动、合理的饮食搭配，让我在减重的同时，感受到身体的轻盈与舒适。每一次站在秤上看到数字的变化，都是对自己努力的最好回报。
虽然我已经取得了显著的成果，但我知道这只是一个开始。我的理想目标仍在前方，我会继续坚持下去，努力追求更好的自己。减重的过程并不容易，但我相信，只要有目标，有毅力，就一定能够实现自己的梦想。
感谢Atomy Shake给我带来的改变，让我找回了健康与自信。我会继续努力，直到达到我的理想目标！❤️💪

I manage to reach my first target of 8%, and will continue my fitness journey with Atomy products until I reach my ideal weight and muscle mass. Thanks to Atomy Grand Shake Challenge 2024. I have reached a mile stone after 10 weeks of challenge! I lost 6.45kg, from 59kg to 54.10kg in 10 weeks. It's not easy to discipline diets, exercise, supplements, and withstand all temptation during durian season. But I made it! Hurray!

艾多美輕享营养膳食代餐誏我轻轻松松shake off 8•68 Kg, ⬇️ 13.17%, 原本的Body fat 徒 39.9% ⬇️ 31%，Visceral Fat 從 9 掉到 7️⃣
30年的困扰就在短短的 7️⃣0️⃣ 里 变成惊喜，喜悦与自信 🧡💛
