早餐总吃鸡蛋咖啡,确实有些乏味。 很久没吃面了,今天偷个懒,做了碗荞麦面。 里面加了满满的蔬菜和鸡蛋,又是一顿健康餐!

Week 4 is here and I’m leveling up! 🚀 I planned to push my workouts from 30 to 45 minutes, but today I blew past that and hit 52 minutes of pure strength training. To fuel the extra gains, I’m upping my protein game by adding a triple up protein to my 'Easy Enjoy' shake. It’s absolutely delicious and exactly what my muscles need right now!
