来到第12天,体重来到 68.2kg 📉
慢慢下降,不求快,但求稳,这才是我想要的改变。
这一段时间真的很有感触:
不是吃少,而是吃对;
不是拼命,而是坚持。
今天的饮食依然简单干净🥗
🥦西兰花 + 🍅小番茄 + 🥚水煮蛋
再搭配我的代餐,轻盈又有饱足感
改变,其实就是每天一点点的选择累积起来的。
