一周打卡完成✅
从开始到现在,每一天都在坚持,每一点点改变都值得被记录✨
体重来到 69.0kg,慢慢往目标前进💪
不是追求快,而是追求稳、追求健康的改变。
这一周学会了:
✔️ 控制饮食,不乱吃
✔️ 多吃干净食物(玉米🌽、鸡蛋🥚、蔬菜🥗)
✔️ 持续运动,哪怕一点点也好
身体在改变,心态也在变❤️
以前是“想瘦”,现在是“在变瘦的路上”
下一周继续加油🔥
不放弃,一定会看到更好的自己!
